I'm sorry guys, I think my post might of came out wrong, I was merely just trying to express my concerns, but I'm sure the advice that was given was top notch, it was never my intention to sound like I was disregarding the great points several of you had.

I would like to cite the scandalous investment situation I say no names because I am now fearful of law suits and so therefore I will state that everything I post is strictly opinionated; should people have the right to express their cases publicity because it is not in direct correlation to the First Amendment Rights protecting us form the government?

I expressed that since since this will be an all cash deal the down pymt should not be huge deal since they would receive at the same time, but this seems like an earnest deposit at contract and balance at closing, right?

chevis, just goes to show you that there are always opposing views. while you think it is a bad thing to take religion out, i favor it. not going to get into a debate on here, but i think that's what makes our country great. that we can have different views and neither one of us gets harmed for expressing them :)
