First Amendment Rights
If a property management company has not treated you well don't you think you should have the right to warn your fellow Real Estate Investors out there?
I feel the responsibility to my fellow Real Estate Investors to let them know if a company is not preforming the way they ought to (at least in the opinon of a property owner)
I am being sued for "a minimum of $100,000" for telling a ture story about a property management company in Colorado.
Any recomendations? Anyone out there support my defence our First Amendment Right to tell our stories to our fellow Real Estate Investors when a company takes advantage of us?
