Happy New Year everyone! My name is Mark Glatstian. My company is Glatstian Real Estate Group and I am located in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. For the past 35 years my focus has been mostly in the multifamily industry. However, I have also owned, operated and brokered retail, office, and hotel properties.

I would like to congratulate the founder of this site for providing the opportunity for all of us who are in the real estate business, to express and share our thoughts and opinions on a broad range of topics.

I am new to this type of communication, however I intend to make good use of this forum. I look forward to speaking with members, and sharing my experiences and offering advice for anyone willing to listen.
