Returned phone calls

One of my pet peeves is receiving returned calls promptly. Time and again, I make calls and never or days later, get responses. Often times, the call is to give the receiving party a paycheck, either through a RE commission (agents), a seller (gets paid from the sale of the property), or a service provider of some sort.

Many here and other places have expressed their thoughts on this matter stating that people are lazy or have poor business qualities. I agree with both and would add that many are just plain STUPID!

So, now that I have vented, the rest of you may do so as well.

In addition, I would like to also create a thread in which we post about other members who have consistantly been flakes on returning calls or emails and those who are great. This way, we all can get immediate feedback on who to stay away from and who to work with here on BP.

Happy trails all and to all you moron agents across the country, good luck in the biz when you don't know how to pick up a phone!
