JohnI am not going to give my probate marketing secrets at his point yet because even though I quit investing for awhile now to devote my time to taking care of my bride of almost 54 years, I may resume and don't want to train new competitors.

No time to devote to the pet--just want 'em.

I'm only 22 and would like to devote my time and energy in learning and hopefully building a diversified portfolio with this business.

I'm still open to working for someone, but I still want to begin my own journey in real estate investing so I can have another source of income and another option to devote my time and effort into if needed. 

I have high aspirations and I'm very serious in my devotion.

Listening to the podcasts and reading some of the recommended books are what I have been devoting most of my free time to.

By and large, the more resources and attention I see devoted to those goals, the better an indicator of long term property values. 

Most clients average 6 months because they can't devote the time to the projects they should.
