I'm new to real estate investing, but I've known I've wanted to get into real estate for a couple of years, and I am ready to start the buying process. I'm looking for a commercial investing mentor in the Valencia CA area. My aim is to buy and hold multifamily properties. I have high aspirations and I'm very serious in my devotion.
