New member out of Washington state

I'm currently moving to Washington and am incredibly eager to learn as much as possible about the real estate world. My cousin introduced me to the idea of wholesale real estate and I couldn't be more interested. I'm only 22 and would like to devote my time and energy in learning and hopefully building a diversified portfolio with this business. Any tip, help, or advice is welcomed and appreciated!
