I'm an engineer from the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  

Born and raised in Mississippi, but currently I find myself living in southern California in the Redondo Beach area.

I enjoy visiting still but a down payment there is the price of a house or even a small multifamily here in Mississippi or other places in the south/midwest.

I have one client in MS that owns over 200 of them and I helped them buy each and every one of them.. :)I love Charleston SC ..

I haven't been to Mississippi in about 40 years.

I have also recently gotten my Real Estate Agent license here in Mississippi and am working that angle as well.  

@Charles Sells  I was in Hinds county Mississippi and Rankin county Mississippi  when I was buying my liens.and well first to admit I just forgot about them and did not want to spend time chasing 10k.. just forgot about it frankly. but not one of them paid off.. and maybe if I hand spent the 200k I had with me I would have been more engaged..its a niche no doubt..

There are several ways of doing so, if you have a newer version of MS office, you can build dashboards and charts to track your history.
