Mississippi is pretty small not a lot but start with DR Horton, Lennar, etc. most companies are after large growth cities though. not sure about Jackson 

the way to go about it is turn it over to your insurance and get the police report.. sometimes insurance will then subjugate the claim and go after the tenant criminally I had that happen on one of my rentals where the tenant did 40k in malicious damage on a new construction home I purchased in MS.

We have multiple properties in the Horn Lake area of MS and we are wanting quotes for Landlord Insurance. 

Well, there are two colleges nearby, Delta State and Mississippi Valley but they are about the poorest 4-year public universities in the state and most of the people that go to them are from the Delta. 

I have a stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,300-square-foot single-family home in Cleveland, MS, that I’m looking to sell.

Louis or West Memphis or Jackson Mississippi or dozens of other places.

I don't know the specifics of your state, but in Mississippi, my property manager has filled for garnishment for the amount of rent that is owed.
