New Member here - Mississippi

Hello Bigger Pockets Community,

I just joined the site yesterday after listening to the bigger pockets podcast.  Many times I did searches on my android podcast app for stuff like "real estate investing" "rental houses" and "house flipping" and never found anything satisfactory.  I am happy to have come across BP now so that I can redeem my driving time with tons of great information right up my alley.

I at this point have 10 rental units.  We purchased our first 5 together two years ago, and just recently bought 5 more.  I have also recently gotten my Real Estate Agent license here in Mississippi and am working that angle as well.  I have not flipped a house yet, but am interested in doing that soon.  I have not yet been able to quit my day job, however it is very flexible and I am able to continue to have that stable income while I build my real estate investing portfolio.

I am looking forward to meeting other members here soon!
