Hello BiggerPockets!

Im looking to finally get my feet wet after months of reading and searching. I want to start with wholesaling and was wondering if anyone had a line on some good coaches in the san diego area willing to guide newbies through their first deal. I understand you have to pay to play and I want to get out there and make things happen.
