Finally pulled the trigger

Born and raised in Mississippi, but currently I find myself living in southern California in the Redondo Beach area. I enjoy both active and passive income from real estate, and I have just started my career as a real estate investor. I finally took the plunged and bought my first triplex even though it scared the crap of me. When not thinking or talking about buying properties I'm working on a few fitness goals or spending time with my wife waiting for our little girl to finally join us from the inner depths of the womb.
