Be active in the various social scenes such as local clubs, community work, local events, anything that is community bound.  

Homeownership is always going to be more expensive than renting, which is why we make money, so for you to buy another home makes very little scenes at this point if you want to invest. 

I'm new to the Real Estate investing scene.

I am interested in the market in Oregon, but the Portland scene is through the roof in terms of prices.

On the flip side, our start-up scene is small (but growing!)

This just happened to my family today, we live at the end of a street and they stole our magnolia trees in the late night before 3am-10pm and sadly I was awake doing hw at that time and heard nothing because I was so focused, even though my room is right next to the scene, the trees are on the side of the house my dog doesn't sleep on so she would've never noticed any suspicious sounds during the act.

I'm a newbie to the REI scene.
