Hey folks hows everyone doing?

New to the BP community and looking forward to establishing some good relationships with the members.

I'm a New York City investor with several deals under my belt. My main focus in the RE industry is marketing for specific properties mostly SFR that meet my buyers criteria.

Anyone has any tips on how to better fit in to this community I'm all ears.
