Looking to assist an experienced agent in/near Sacramento

Hello,

I'm a student taking a gap year before my final year at Stanford, and I recently moved up to Roseville. I'm making good progress studying for my RE license, but I love to over-prepare and would relish the opportunity to work with an agent** in the area before I become licensed myself.

**I am particularly excited to work with you if you are investor-friendly, an investor yourself, and/or work in multifamily or another area of commercial real estate.

I would be more than happy to help in doing/performing the following:

- Paperwork

- Open houses

- Putting together spreadsheets, lists of comps, etc.

- Managing online presence (website, social media, gathering leads from Zillow/Trulia/broker site, etc.)

- Other tasks you don't want to do, that I am legally allowed to take care of as an unlicensed assistant

Note: My strengths are in research and other behind-the-scenes work, so I'd be at your best use there--but I understand and readily accept that RE is multifaceted and requires a willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.

If you are an agent who would benefit from any of the above, or know an agent who would, I would love to hear from you. Thank you for reading!
