I've noticed sometimes the BP emails get pushed to the spam folder for some reason.

I never said I was going to spam anyone.  

Come do what I do for a living in Oakland, and here's the BEST CASE spam you will get (actual terms/conditions will of course be WAY WORSE than what's presented in a spam text like this):65% LTV means 35% equity.

They annoy the crap out of me with all of their spam mail....

Nowadays craigslist is so full of spam from large apartment complexes and scams that tenants interested in SFRs struggle to find something legitimate.  

I'm not trying to spam but I placed a similar post in a more generic forum and then I noticed this forum which I think is more specific to the location I need assistance.

Sadly I have to ban new users almost every day for bad posting, spam, and utter meanness.

If you go to the "Network" tab at the top ofthe screen, you can type in "Fort Myers, FL".From there, you can connect with people in your localmarket.Just remember, don't spam anyone as the algorithm willblock you.Hope this helps!
