Chapel Hill - Contractor Needed / Realtor Needed

Hello everyone! I'm new to BP but not new to investing. This is my second post. I'm not trying to spam but I placed a similar post in a more generic forum and then I noticed this forum which I think is more specific to the location I need assistance. Currently I'm in need of a contractor that can handle a remodel project for a 5,134 sq. ft. SFR flip in Chapel Hill. Also, if there is a local agent I would love to double check my ARV and list the property. This is out of my normal area and this is more of a custom type of house. I own the property in question free and clear and my construction budget is around $130k-150k. Thanks in advance!
