Commercial Short Sale & Foreclosure Machine DCF vs Hanover War

Just facts please!

We bought Commercial Short Sale & Foreclosure Machine/Goldrush by DC Fawcett & Karen earlier this year, and have been out of the country traveling the last two months.

Returned today to the “war†of email counter-claims in our box by DCF and Karen, each accusing the other of breach of contract!

We didn’t even attend one of their advertised summer/fall boot camps yet, but since we paid the upfront fee for the Elite Membership [assuming we can’t get a refund], we want to evaluate continuing with ONE of their competing monthly programs, hopefully with the previously promised commercial funding partner, and commercial short sale negotiations services.

So this is NOT a request for negative dumping on either, but for FACTS/experiences by members, or others with experiences with either gurus’ support staff, COMPARING Karen’s and DCFawcett’s now competing MONTHLY offers, since they split:

Feel free to email me, if you don’t feel comfortable posting a response here [since they apparently both have staff perusing this forum…]:

1. Has anyone had a POSITIVE experience with the support team of DCF or Karen?
-- i.e. have you submitted deals for funding/and or partnering, and received a response from either DCF’s or Karen’s support team?

2. REFUND: Has anyone who had a reservation but HAD NOT attended one of the announced boot camps before the Karen/DCF split, succeeded in getting a refund of the boot camp/Elite fee from either Karen or DCF since their “breakup? [since they’ll no longer be performing the contracted for boot camp together…â€]

3. If anyone has any other FACTS about whether Karen’s or DCF’s monthly program is more trustworthy, e.g. if one of them has actually contracted to FUND a deal for you, or partner with you, or provided commercial short sale negotiation services, please let us know [or let me know privately if you prefer.]

Thanks for any experiences you've had that you can share.

Armand

P.S. If anyone has suggestions for some other reliable commercial funding source that would also negotiate the commercial short sale for deals on which they agree to partner, let us know!
