Ok, I wasn't spamming (I don't even sell anything I could spam) but I was pasting a "hi" message to new members THE SITE RECOMMENDED TO ME.

@Jasmine Vida  Some groups have a lot of spam, but I've also found groups that are legit investors and also hold meet ups so its good for networking as well :)Send me some those Facebook groups that you found I would definitely like to join them!

Our site is RIDICULOUSLY sensitive to spam.

Would love to get rid of all the spam on the forums but the site is geared towards new investors and service providers; so, I am not the target audience.

Sometimes emails go to spam and simply some people just don't check their email religiously like the rest of us.

When his followers came on here about a year ago and spammed these forums with cult-like nonsense posts, I tried to watch a few videos of his and realized right away that a lot of what he was saying is very questionable.

Maybe I'll get more serious on that but for now it's just too much spam and scam for me to scroll through ha.

Get out some bread and make a spam sandwich.

We had to work out some metrics for how to vet and when to offload brokers because we would get spammed with trash deals or be competing with five other lenders whom the broker was pitting against one another.
