My stats-last log in question

On my stats, my last log in says about a month ago, but I'm on here at least twice a week. Is it because I stay logged in on my phone? Or is that the date of my last post? I'm just confused, but it makes me look bad. I'm an agent trying to connect with investors and I want them to know that I'm actively checking posts and my inbox. I don't always post but I read, catch up on podcasts etc. If I need to post to update my last log in each time then I will but that seems spam-y lol! TIA!
