Hello BP,

I've been listening to the podcasts for a while and I just purchased my first property in the SW corner of Lehigh Acres near Fort Myers, FL. It's a duplex and I am planning to house hack for a while. I'm looking for another rental property investor (or group of investors) in the SW Florida area to connect with, learn from each other's experiences, and help each other out.
