In the show it says the last few years have been tough.What that means is he is barely hanging on.These guys make more money from the TV appearances,seminars,etc. than the sales they are getting.I saw Madison on an agent only board trying to huck and new real estate system for agents to give them "MASSIVE RESULTS" hah!

Depending on what you are doing, it can definitely be worth it.Me and my partners are starting a residential brokerage in the next two months (when our office is finished), and one of our requirements for agents is that they have to post something at least once a week.It does a few things, I think.
