Lease Option w/Realtor
I want to lease option a property which is listed with a realtor and then immediately assign my option to a tennant buyer I have already qualified. I will get a fee for my assigment from the tenant buyer and then "walk away". I've done this successfully when realtors are not involved. How do I do this with a realtor in that he needs to get paid in some way for some amount?
