Hey Michael,BiggerPockets is a great recourse to use when looking for agents that are focused on REI.

We’ve been working towards this for a few years, and it is very exciting to finally see the fruit of our labor!

Here's the beginning of a long and (hopefully) fruitful journey.

(We're not desperate to sell) With being new to the selling side, I'm curious what is standard for agent commissions in an off market situation.

Some months I’ve unfortunately had to pay like $150 out of pocket but I’m Planning on holding long term wise and the let the rental bare fruit later in my life because I’m only 22 and just wanted a base hit or a rental in a great neighborhood.

If so, invest.It's not let me find some deal for me-- the lowest hanging fruit.

I can see the misunderstanding here, but I still don't think the strategy will bear fruit over time.
