I've been looking to get myself back into business for myself and after months of reading and 'browsing' BP, I'm about ready to make a real-estate investment to once again own my own business.

I will browse the education section and see what I can learn from there :).If anyone has any advice to which field I should tackle first regarding my current situation, I welcome any advise I can get :)

I have been an active follower of BP for the past year, browsing forums/blogs & listening to podcasts.

YouTube has a plethora of videos and even Amazon has $3 Kindle books you can browse through with enough information to get started.If you want to start by having some cash flow, believe it or not, mobile homes.

The question you have has already been answered in 3 other posts but browsing and searching is difficult to impossible with bad subject lines.  

I am actively looking to invest in my first rental investment property in remote location.As i am browsing through few listings from my agent had this question.Who takes care of lawn care and snow removals of the rental property,specially in multi unit apartments.

I've been doing some reading on my own, and browsing lots of properties online, but it's hard to feel confident in a decision without a sounding board of advice.

There is so much content on here that I find myself spending the entire day browsing the forums/blogs and listening to podcasts when I'm not at the computer. 

Houses in the area are selling for approx $300,000.By the way, I've browsed through the Financial Services, Lending section on the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS) but I'm not sure which lender to use.
