Hello,

I'm writing from San Antonio.

I have some folks that have responded to my marketing about selling a property in Cokato, Minnesota, that we're interested in buying.

Being that I'm about 5 states away, 6 if you count TX twice, I'm looking for some guidance in the process.  We have the knowledge and resources to secure the deal but I'm looking for someone to help with getting boots on the ground, specifically in that town.
