Creating an effective subject line helps us help you!

Hello Everyone.  I love contributing and helping out but I get frustrated when I cannot tell what the nature of the request is without opening the message because the subject line offers no clue as to what is needed.  Example:

Starting out (bad).  Starting out, how does seller financing work (much better).

Toledo, OH (bad).  How quickly can you rent investment property in Toledo, OH? (much better).

If those that want to help have limited time or they want to follow discussions that have the same questions they have, a great descriptive subject line helps a lot, especially when you try to view them later.  It also helps you as well.  The question you have has already been answered in 3 other posts but browsing and searching is difficult to impossible with bad subject lines.

Please help me and others help you,

Gerald Demers
