Lawncare and snow removal - Owner or Tenants reponsibility?

I am actively looking to invest in my first rental investment property in remote location. As i am browsing through few listings from my agent had this question.

Who takes care of lawn care and snow removals of the rental property, specially in multi unit apartments. In my case since i am looking at remote locations i am thinking if it is owners responsibility the property manager or PM company will take care it.

Would love to hear what some of the investors do this with their current property.

Thanks,

Vijay
