Compliance and RegulationsAlthough it takes careful preparation and research, investing in the US from Canada may be a lucrative endeavor.

HelloWe've had great success on our two SFH long term rental properties, and one of the parts that I really enjoy in this endeavor has been the deal analysis. 

Also, if dealing with the Insurance co. is taking you away from other profitable endeavors, the cost of the adjuster may also be less of an issue.As to how to find the Attorney and Adjuster that will require some work on your part.
