We have applied for several place through 2 companies called dick stepkin reality and starr property management they have turned us down for every place we applied without a single explanation of why and its the same way with private owners.

All of the geographic data you gave me was great.

if you think i'm wrong explain how i'm selling a property for another. you keep disagreeing with me, but you don't offer a logical explanation. i have people tell me all the time.

It is our job to analyze the market and take advantage of the best opportunities that it presents......if you lock yourself into one type of investment (buy and hold, lets say), then you do yourself a disservice by also locking yourself into a specific geographic region that doesn't necessarily present the proper conditions for that type of investment to thrive.

Hey @Brandon Turner - can we get a sub-forum under "Virginia" that is based on the geographic area of "Northern Virginia"?

If you go through BP and research how to send a mailer, you will find an unbelievable wealth of information for free.I'm not sure limiting yourself geographically is the best approach at the beginning of your career.
