New sub-sub forum?

Hey @Brandon Turner - can we get a sub-forum under "Virginia" that is based on the geographic area of "Northern Virginia"? We are considered the metropolitan Washington, D.C. region but there is a huge difference in the real estate market when you cross from DC into Northern Virginia so I think a separate discussion forum is warranted.
