Mortgage low end limits?
I am putting some information together for what could become my first flip but I have a possible hitch. Is there a low end limit on how little a bank would conventionally finance a home? I was told by two traditional lenders that "I" could not get a mortgage for much less than 100k (with some other caveats) , the property I am considering would likely go to market at slightly less than that 100k. So my question is, is this 100k lower limit a constant limit or is it my limit because I am investing/third home mortgaged?
