Hello BP,

My name is Justin Kappel and I'm new to BP and new to the whole real estate investing game. I'm from Delta, Colorado and am interested in the western slope of Colorado, specifically Grand Junction, Delta, Montrose & surrounding areas. Right now I'm just seeking knowledge & information. I'm aggressively listening to the BP Podcast & taking notes & I'm also reading BP's "The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing". I'm literally starting from scratch so EVERYTHING is new to me from the terminology to how the game is played to....well, everything! So if anyone has anything in particular that they think would be helpful to me at these beginning stages PLEASE let me know!! ! I'm real nervous putting this out there beings how I'm brand new to this but I really don't want to be a victim of "paralysis by analysis" and I suppose you can't get anywhere if you don't make a move. So thanks for reading and I hope to be engaging with all of you out there on BP very soon!
