Rather than paying for an "ad" or posting on a website that may get no views, or being tied to expensive exclusivity contracts, landlords on Rentsta pay $1 per lead only when that lead gets matched and expresses interest in your unit.

I absolutely adore my job, but I feel that there's no better time to get started in real estate. 

I know Daniel probably didn't mean it that way, but many people who write it in an ad or on a list of criteria do. 

I've been to the USA several times and I absolutely adore the country. 

as far as marketing, if you can use bandit signs they have some good success but the best way i was taught to reel in prospective buyers was to place a "dummy" ad or fake ad on craigslist.. basically i just found a pic of a distraught house by using google and made my ad on craigslist with a heading that statedhandymans dream!

They have people that answer your ad or information request and act as though they are the person that has something to offer what you are looking for.

And I LOVE how Josh and Brandon talk about their family and kids with such adoration.

There are so many people who hear some radio ad or some youtube video about wholesaling and wake up the next day and decide that they are wholesalers.
