There is a company called - 

US Real Estate Equity Builder's turn-key opportunities.  or      

[email protected].

                                                      They have people that answer your ad or information request and act as though they are the person that has something to offer what you are looking for. When you answer you then get an advertisement back saying -they are part of a team and they want to sell you something and go see their listings and ect.

I think this is very deceptive and I see no reason for it.    Lots of people prefer to deal with an individual  and not a company of some kind.
