Just ask how would I go about requesting information on the value of a property that a potential client is wanting to sale in order to verify the amount asked is realistic to what the property value entails?

A week ago you were a personal trainer and now for some crazy reason you are trying to help some guy with a commercial transaction and you literally have no idea what you are doing. Your question is still incredibly unclear. Honestly my advice is that you stop talking to this person because you arent going to be of any help to them and if you are interested in getting into real estate investing then take some time and actually learn about it and know what you are doing first. There are so many people who hear some radio ad or some youtube video about wholesaling and wake up the next day and decide that they are wholesalers. It doesnt work that way.
