I finished most of my MBA in Finance, and it is less risky to diversify your investments.That 70% occ rate you mention. 

At the same time, I began an MBA from Duke University that required me to attend classes on weekends (tough when you have a 2 year old and 4 month old)!  

I also have a MBA in Finance so I am "good with the number crunching side."
