STR Townhomes or SFH in Orlando-Disney?

Which is the better investment, and why? 2-3 TH's (2-3 br) vs a single larger SFH (5+ bed)? Would you feel less risk with 3 smaller investments so you could sell off 1-2 if not producing?

Orlando/Disney vacation market, cash-cash, using a property management group, assume 70%+ occ rates.

I intend to get ROI sheets from various PMs but would appreciate hearing from investors. Thanks!

@Courtney Bass I just made a offer on a 6 bedroom, my guess is folks who comes down may want to bring entire family including inlaws and grandparents for a cheaper budget.  If its just a family they normally can find a resort and hotel.
