Training / Educational
I'm a newbie and have the ability to take some training for free. I already have a bachelors and an MBA but I would like to add some real estate specific skills. The reason I am asking is so I can learn a skill to do as side income. I'm in south florida.
Anyone have some input on types of schools or training that would be beneficial? Must be must be no longer than 4-5 months
Here's some ideas so far:
These are usually only 3-4 months
*real estate license
*real estate appraiser school
*real estate mortgage broker school
Would like to see about some type of vocational schools that anyone thinks is beneficial: A/C repair, woodworking, electrical, kitchen cabinets?
