You will replace chairs with broken legs, towels that are stained/missing, dishes that break or wind up in the rental car, ping pong tables that get jumped on..but you get paid every time they check-in, not like a LTR where the tenant can withhold payment if they feel you should come fix the toilet they clogged up.Hope this helps.

I feel like those saying it's dumb, don't do it instead do it all yourself, are just arm-chair-quarterbacks who simply don't know what there speaking of, yelling from the nose-bleed section on how to play a game there never playing themselves.

Living room should have a bigger coffee table, an ultra-skinny table (to not block the flow coming in the door) under the TV with a bit of tablescape, more photos showcasing the living room, and if there's room take out the plant by the front door and get a small chair to add more seating to the living room.4.

If the tenant is careful and doesn’t drag the walkers, chairs, furniture, heavy pointy toys across the floor (which is unrealistic), the floor might survive till the next non-careful tenant.
