-Unwanted Inheritance?

To me if I have an unwanting seller it seems perfect.  

I think people need to realize that when these deals take place, it's the motivation to cure some sort of unpleasant situation that makes them possible, so price isn't what the negotiations revolve around. 

Heck with my call platform I can send someone a text message every second for days from a different number each time so they cant block me and lock up a person cellphone who sent me an unwanted text.
