No motivated sellers. 3 weeks later sent 1000 postcards to the same list and received 4 calls. 3 weeks later sent another yellow letter to the same list and received another 8 hate calls and went on no appointments.

In all the years of mailing to this list I have never even gotten a 1% response and I have sent every postcard know to man as well as hand addressed letters.
