Maybe you tell the Realtor that if they will help you - you will deliver post cards for them - I don't know - be creative.

I had one good leads but I was unable to get far to make any money out of it, then I try to send post card to absentees with a lil success.So now I want to be more aggressive.

If I were to doubt the source of deals, I might doubt referrals ( or bandit signs, and postcards) :D

No motivated sellers. 3 weeks later sent 1000 postcards to the same list and received 4 calls. 3 weeks later sent another yellow letter to the same list and received another 8 hate calls and went on no appointments.

Here are my initial costs to mailing out yellow letters$0.20 to $0.50 to my friend per handwritten letter (depends on length of letter / postcard).$0.026 per envelope$0.01 piece of yellow paper $0.44 for the stampTotal: $0.676 to $0.976 per yellow letter

In all the years of mailing to this list I have never even gotten a 1% response and I have sent every postcard know to man as well as hand addressed letters.
