Free and Clear marketing
Sent out 1000 yellow letters to the F&C list and got about 23 hate calls. No motivated sellers. 3 weeks later sent 1000 postcards to the same list and received 4 calls. 3 weeks later sent another yellow letter to the same list and received another 8 hate calls and went on no appointments. There are some out there that say they buy houses from this list. I'm not so sure this is a good use of my marketing dollars. any thoughts on this?

Hmmm? sounds like it might not be working for you. I'm not an authority of any kind on mass mailings, or lists, never used either one. Never used bandit signs either!
There is one system that does work, that's walking and talking and letting people know what you do. I met a new person everyday, somewhere. That's all it took and that feed the word of mouth which is the very best advertising anyone can have! Good luck, Bill
