No Responses From "I Buy Houses" Ads
I've contacted many people who say that they buy houses. I was looking to wholesale properties of where these people say they invest in to them. I found these people who posted "I Buy Houses" ads on Craigslist. I even Google searched for people who say that they buy houses in a given area. I e-mail them information about the properties, such as equity, cash flow, repairs, etc. I usually get no responses from them. No matter how many people I talk to, I almost always get no responses. I've been doing this for a long time and I feel that it's a waste of time for me. I'm thinking that they're not real estate investors themselves.
I was wondering where to find people who walk the walk and don't talk the talk. How do I find the people who actually buy houses?

Maybe the properties you are offering for sale are not attractive at the price offered?
