I'm Ted Peterson and I'm new to all of this...I live in CT and was recently bit by the RE Bug...Hard!

I've been told its best when your first starting out to start with a buyers list...That way you can look for homes/deals that best match what your buyers are looking for...

What are the most effective ways of building your buyers list???
