My thought is to make it a vineyard, bed and breakfast, winery with tasting room, possible on site restaurant, etc.

Well, I was informed at about 10:30 this morning that we were out of milk, eggs and bread and that some more sausage or ham might be a good idea if I expected meat with breakfast tomorrow!

The former resident has some mattresses ect still at property also a part pit bull dog in the back yard that acted like it wants to eat me for breakfast.

We have not been able to use the living room due to the construction and the same with the breakfast area which leads to the backyard and pool.  

The house is currently set up with large living room w/fireplace, large dining room, 3 bedrooms, mid sized kitchen(with terrible built ins), breakfast nook, one full bathroom, 3 hallway closets, per apartment.  

However, if you provide substantial services with your rental (like bed-n-breakfast, motel, hotel) you do have to pay this tax.
