Disposing of tenants things in Texas.

I foreclosed on a property and posted the proper Vacate the property paper. The former resident has some mattresses ect still at property also a part pit bull dog in the back yard that acted like it wants to eat me for breakfast. I don't know if they are coming back to get doggie and the last of their things. I never had a lease with these folks that spelled this kind of thing out. 

How should I proceed?
