It is a sellers market and the guru are churning out more wholesalers every day, driving the demand further. 

Initially I thought leaks but after research every day usage of water per unit match’s to no of gallons shows approximately same.

Also, I find it hard that amongst the billions upon billions of Google searches every day that there isn't a pool of people specifically trying to get their home sold.

Also, I run a software company, so rubbing shoulders everyday with the business owners of the area, will pay much more than cash flow on the house.Does that make sense? 

The bankers (yes a banker on a construction site, you don't see that every day)Now not all of us have that specific options since his balance sheet and credit/reputation could move the needle at a mid sized regional bank, but that's not the point.
