2% Rule in Atlanta -- realistic or no?

Hi,

I'm working on my math skills and have a question for those that are experienced.  In Atlanta, are you able to achieve 2% rule deals, either in the city or OTP?  Or is that an unrealistic goal to achieve here?  If so, what percentage do you use to screen deals?  Thanks

@Jessica Freesia I don't see anywhere in City of Atlanta that is hitting 2% anymore. It has probably been 12+ months since I last saw anything near there. I use 1% as a barometer.
