I’ve been having some trouble acquiring leads in my journey to wholesaling. What is a good way to acquire some leads in the Orange country and Los Angeles area??

Hey Ariana,

I see. Perhaps the best sources of motivated sellers are FSBO and expired listings. These are people who have actually put their property up for sale and are still waiting for buyers but have been unsuccessful for one reason or another. Your job would be to find out as much information on these folks, their motivation, and their property as possible.

You've already been reaching out to FSBO so it seems that your issue lies with converting these leads.

Are you using scripts that others have succeeded with in the past? Have you developed a follow-up system? Are you providing value to the sellers by educating them on the market?

If you've already taken action by emailing and calling sellers, don't be discouraged by a lack of results. You're doing what most people take too long to do or even worse, never do!... thats taking ACTION!

It might not feel like it right now, but you're heading in the right direction.
